it’s a class that we are designing, with the help and engagement of the participants, to address a common problem.
We have found we can get a 60, 70, 80 or 90 year old much, much stronger; improve their walking speed and their posture.
Over time, life leads our bodies to start remembering movement patterns that perhaps don’t suit us that well. By teaching correct weightlifting technique and observing how your body responds, we can intervene and learn a better way to lift and carry, preventing injury.

The class is free to members, and available to non-members at £42 for 6 classes ( we give you 6 tickets to use at your leisure so it doesn’t cost you if you miss a week) plus a one off £25 registration fee.
