Dance Fitness with Saba James at The Exercise Club!

This is a creative and fun dance class for older adults here at The Exercise Club, Bristol. Each season of classes explores a different style of dance from Contemporary to Spanish.

The format of the class is 3 warm up sequences followed by a routine. The routine is built up over the 8 weeks, learning simple choreography each week. The best way to find out what it’s like is to come and watch or try a free taster.

Dance improves body conditioning, posture, balance, coordination and memory. The class is aimed at beginners who like moving to music.
