Classes at TEC – these ones are all included in your membership. Theyre all classes designed by us, for you. Please do come try

Monday 13.15 – Short circuit

Light aerobic, balance, co-ordination and core strength work.

Tuesday 10.45- PYP (pedal yourself pink)

Group cycling class, a bit like “spinning” but without the Lycra, loud music and shouting.

Tuesday -11.30 – FICSIT

Balance, co-ordination and brain training class.

Tuesday 12.15- shoulder and hand club

Exercises that the machines can’t quite help us with.

Tuesday -13.00- Stretch class

Personalised stretches, gently.

Wednesday -13.15- “Boxing” class

Boxing, in the way we teach it (for example, you’re not whacking each other in the head) is excellent for enhancing your balance. Its great for your brain, being proven to slow the onset of dementia and altzeimers.

Friday- 10.15 and 11.00- PYP (pedal yourself pink)

Friday 13.00 – FICSIT

Balance, co-ordination and brain training class.

Saturday 10.00- HOC (hangover club)

Either upstairs or outside depending on weather. Light aerobic and core strength class. Hangover not essential but recommended.
